    Just a strong match for a weekend in Kuala Lumpur with real value for money. The hotel had large rooms with great amenities, and it was super convenient to hop on the MRT just outside. Plan for some wait time at check-in since they don't rush things.

    The hotel was GORGEOUS, location was marvellous in the centre of the city, generous breakfast. The room was sparkly clean and huge and had luxurious decor. Climate control, a chair, and closet space were there too. The property was in the heart of the city. Easily reached Zen by Secret Recipe, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue, had lunch/dinner there. Appreciated our stay and recommend this hotel.

    one downside was the check-in process. it took longer than expected. however, the room was absolutely stunning with expansive windows showcasing the skyline. loved the massive soaking tub in the bathroom. and the service was genuinely warm and welcoming! !

    The St Regis Kuala Lumpur impressed me with its luxurious ambiance and fine room. The huge bathtub with a TV added a unique touch to my stay. The butler service stood out, being attentive and genuinely helpful throughout my time here. I enjoyed the breakfast spread with a mix of local and international dishes. I faced a couple of issues. The parking directions were confusing, and I was sent the wrong way multiple times. I felt that some bathroom amenities were not replenished promptly, a minor inconvenience but should be improved for a luxury hotel. The dining options could be more varied. I found the sushi restaurant too expensive relative to the quality. The air conditioning in the hallways was excessively cold. The attentive service and the spacious room were nice, but a few tweaks would enhance the experience significantly.

    Waking up to panoramic city views from the room made our mornings very nice. The staff's attentiveness was genuine, and our family felt welcomed throughout our stay.
